Battalion 1 Firearms – Return & Refund Policy

Battalion 1 Firearms is committed to providing high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of firearms, parts, and gunsmithing services, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

Firearm Sales (Serialized Items)
All firearm sales are final once the transfer has been completed to the customer. This includes all serialized firearms transferred through our Federal Firearms License (FFL).
Firearms that have left the premises after transfer cannot be returned.
If a firearm is found to be defective, it must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty.
Battalion 1 Firearms may assist customers in contacting the manufacturer when possible.

Firearms Not Yet Transferred
If a firearm has been purchased but not yet transferred, the following conditions apply:
Order cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Transfer fees, background check fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Firearm Parts & Accessories
Non-serialized items (parts, accessories, and merchandise) may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10–20%.
Non-returnable items include:
Ammunition
Special order items
Opened or used parts
Items that have been installed or modified

Merchandise (Apparel & Branded Goods)
Apparel and branded merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if:
Items are unused and in original condition
Tags are attached (if applicable)
Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Gunsmithing Services
All labor and gunsmithing services are non-refundable once work has been completed.
Customers must report workmanship concerns within 7 days of receiving the firearm.
Battalion 1 Firearms will evaluate and correct verified workmanship issues when applicable.
This does not cover misuse, aftermarket modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Transfers & Background Checks
All transfer fees and background check fees are non-refundable, regardless of approval status.
If a customer is denied during a background check, the firearm must be returned to the seller at the customer’s expense. -
Legal Compliance
All transactions and returns must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including ATF regulations.
Valid identification is required where applicable.
All firearm transfers must follow legal procedures.
Battalion 1 Firearms reserves the right to refuse any return that violates legal requirements.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an error by Battalion 1 Firearms. -
